Bescherming van persoonsgegevens.
Vleesbedrijf P. WILS NV (hierna WILS genoemd) hecht groot belang aan de bescherming van de persoonlijke levenssfeer en verwerkt jouw persoonsgegevens met de nodige zorg.
De persoonsgegevens die je via https://www.vleesbedrijf-wils.com verstrekt, worden verwerkt door VLEESBEDRIJF P. WILS NV, Bouwelven 15 – BE 2280 Grobbendonk . WILS is de verantwoordelijke voor de verwerking. Jouw gegevens worden verwerkt conform de bepalingen van de Europese Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) van 24 mei 2016.
Doeleinde van de verwerking.
We verwerken jouw persoonsgegevens om een dienstverlening te kunnen aanbieden, nl. solliciteren op vacatures en informatie aanvragen via een contactformulier via een digitaal platform. Alle verwerkingen gebeuren enkel en alleen met het oog op het verzekeren van deze dienstverlening.
Aard van de verwerkte gegevens.
Ben je een sollicitant, dan verwerken we volgende persoonsgegevens: job, naam, voornaam, stad, e-mail, telefoonnummer, geboortedatum, motivatie en je cv.
Vraag je informatie aan via het contactformulier, dan verwerken we volgende persoonsgegevens: naam, voornaam, e-mail, telefoonnummer en de gegevens die je invoert in je bericht.
Bewaartermijn van de gegevens.
De gegevens worden bewaard zolang als nodig is om de hierboven vermelde dienstverlening te kunnen aanbieden.
Doorgifte aan derden.
WILS geeft je gegevens in geen enkel geval door aan derden.
Beveiliging van de gegevens.
WILS neemt alle technische en organisatorische maatregelen om de verwerking van jouw gegevens veilig te laten verlopen en wij eisen van derden die jouw persoonsgegevens voor ons behandelen of verwerken dat zij hetzelfde doen. Toegang tot jouw persoonsgegevens is beperkt om ongeoorloofde toegang, wijziging of misbruik te voorkomen en is alleen toegestaan aan onze medewerkers.
Jouw rechten als betrokkene.

If you are an applicant, we process the following personal details: job, surname, first name, city, e-mail, telephone number, date of birth, motivation and your resume.
If you request information via the contact form, we will process the following personal details: name, first name, e-mail, telephone number and the details you enter in your message.
Retention period of the data.
This data is retained for as long as necessary for us to offer the services described above.
Transfer to third parties.
WILS will not pass on your details to third parties under any circumstances.
Security of the data.
WILS will take all technical and organizational measures needed to safely and securely process your personal data and we impose the same demands on all third parties that manage or process your data on our behalf. Access to your personal data is limited to prevent unauthorized access, modification or misuse and is granted exclusively to our employees.
